Returns & Exchanges

More Than A Hat wants you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order in original packaging and in unworn condition. All exchanges must have prior authorization. You can reach us at @morethanahat.com. All shipping costs are customers responsibility. Custom designed products are non-returnable. We ask that you please make your selection carefully when purchasing a custom designed item.

Exchanges that are lost, delayed or damaged

More Than A Hat is not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance or delivery conformation.

Shipping and Handling

Your order will be charged shipping and handling fee based on the amount of products. This is in order to cover the shipping and packaging of your items . If you are interested in international shipping please email us before ordering. Please allow additional time for custom designed items. Keep in mind all items are handmade.

    Yes, please contact me using the contact form. Please include the style of hat, color and applique’ . If you are matching and outfit or swimsuit please be prepared to send a picture of the garment.
  • Do you do rush orders?
    Yes. Please contact us with your request.
  • What are the payment options?
    Payment is accepted via Paypal. We do not accept personal checks or credit cards at this time.
  • How should I clean the hat if it gets dirty?
    Spot clean with a wet cloth.
